Workshop - Sidemount rebreathers &
Micro rebreathers

This workshop aims to introduce people to the
concept of side mount rebreathers & will look at a couple
of currently used units, their design criteria, advantages,
mounting, configuration & use from both a stand alone &
multiple redundant rebreather viewpoint.
There has been talk on various internet forums of such units
but not much about the actual practical aplication of using
them in a duel situation in the real world; this workshop will
aim to address this.
Depending on interest Rick may go on to describe recent developments
in creating 'micro' rebreathers which have proved essential
for dives of reduced duration but in remote locations. How about
a douple rebreather system weighing 5kgs?
