• other information relevant to delegate surveys and/or show offers

We require this information to better understand your needs as a delegate to EuroTek conferences and provide to you with a better conference/service, and in particular for the following reasons:
• Internal record keeping to inform you of future bi annual EuroTek shows.
• We may use the information to improve our conference and its services.
• We may, in build up to bi annual conferences, periodically send promotional email about conference show updates, special offers, speaker updates or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
• We may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, fax or mail. We may use the information to customise the website according to your interests.
• We may contact you with a post show feedback so you can tell us who you would like to see speak at our conferences or who you would like to return as a speaker.

Our mailing list is provided through a secure server, server side, and it is our policy of intent that we will not pass your details onto any other third parties.
