uses and protects any information or email address / personal
details that you give ‘EuroTek Explore Ltd’ when
you use this website or subscribe to our mailing list.

or attending a EuroTek conference as a delegate then you can

show contact information you provided or via our subsribe process.
• demographic information such as postcode, preferences
and interests
• other information relevant to delegate surveys and/or
show offers
What we do with the information we gather
We require this information to better understand your needs
as a delegate to EuroTek conferences and provide to you with
a better conference/service, and in particular for the following
reasons:
• Internal record keeping to inform you of future bi annual
EuroTek shows.
• We may use the information to improve our conference
and its services.
• We may, in build up to bi annual conferences, periodically
send promotional email about conference show updates, special
offers, speaker updates or other information which we think
you may find interesting using the email address which you have
provided.
• We may also use your information to contact you for
market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone,
fax or mail. We may use the information to customise the website
according to your interests.
• We may contact you with a post show feedback so you
can tell us who you would like to see speak at our conferences
or who you would like to return as a speaker.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure.
In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have
put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures
to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Our
mailing list is provided through a secure server, server side,
and it is our policy of intent that we will not pass your details
onto any other third parties.

purposes. We are only Tek divers oursselves and have no interest
other than providing you with a great conference experience
and it is not our intent to provide your details elsewhere so
if you don’t see this option it is because we will not
beusing your information elsewhere.

information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your
mind at any time by writing to or emailing us via the page on

to third parties unless we have your permission or are required
