| On the 12-13 of March 2005 Leigh Bishop and Carl Spencer
visited the Oztek Conference in Sydney Australia as speakers.
It was that good they returned from the 2007 event with
the vision of bringing a full scale Oztek event to Europe.
They knew European divers perhaps could not afford to
travel to the other side of the world to attend a Technical
diving Conference like Oztek so hence EuroTEk was born.

OZTeK'09 is again poised to push back the
