Eurotek speaker Edoardo Pavia

| Living in Rome Eduardo Pavia is one of Italy's leading deep
wreck divers. Eduardo has been a key member of several well
known deep wreck expeditions throughout Europe in recent years.
On two separate occasions he was a lead cameraman operating
high def camera systems deep inside the 120m deep Britannic
in the Aegean Sea. Around Italian waters he has explored many
significant shipwrecks including the amazing first class Ocean
Liner the Viminali. |
Edoardo Pavia has been an avid diver since the age of 6 years
old when in the intense blue Mediterranean water he started
chasing fish and any underwater creatures, then became a free
diver for more than 15 years.
He started to dive with OC in the mid 80's then in 1996 he began
dives with the Dragher Dolphin in Papua New Guinea, and later
in 1998 he went through his mod 1 class CCR.
Edoardo went on to establish the Sea Dweller Divers technical
shop and diving school and since 2002 has been the Italian distributor
for AP Valves CCR in Italy.
He also made a rapid career in to IANTD as instructor and these
days he is a dedicated deep diver and underwater cameraman.
He has participated to some of the most challenging expedition
to mention some: three times on the Britannic, on the Andrea
Doria, on the Victoria in Lebanon, several times on the Viminale,
once, which he says is enough, on the Carpathia, (155m+ depth)
just to mention the more famous of his expeditions.

| He is also a cave diver and has shared dives with some of
the most experienced cave divers in the world like Rick
Stanton or Gigi Casati to mention just some of his friends.
Considered in Italy an expert of ccr, he has dedicated all his
efforts and energies to understanding the use of this type of
equipment and has decided to promote them in conjunction with
his knowledge, in order to make them if possibly even more safer.
Edoardo lives in Italy with his two children and his girlfriend
