| This award was presented to
Kevin Gurr who has contributed a huge amount to Technical
Diving over the years. Kevin was there at the very beginning
of technical diving especially as it swept through Europe
in the early 1990's.
The EuroTek 08 life time achievement award went to
a man who has organised conferences himself that many
EuroTek delegates may well have been to. He was the
first technical diving instructor outside of the United
States and is someone who at some stage has, at one
time or another taught many a course in technical diving
to people reading this.
Kevin has led milestone expeditions written extensively
on the subject of Tek diving and lectured at many dive
shows and conferences around the world. |
